Control systems
DMX512 control
DMX512 is a digital protocol to control complex lighting
effects in the entertainment and theatrical industries.
DMX512 is now the preferred protocol for colour mixing
and multi-channel lighting sequences.
The range of DMX controllers allow smaller projects
allowing the colour mixing and chasing of neon and
other light sources to be used in applications where
budgets would not have previously allowed.
These include a three channel infrared system for the
Colourtran which enables a selection of
pre-programmed static colours or subtle automatic cross
fading.
DMX Replay is supplied with the necessary software
allowing it to be programmed by a computer. It can then
be left in stand-alone mode, whereby it will recall
patterns and settings automatically, a control plate can
also be supplied for user control.
